Electrical Troubleshooting Certificate
The Electrical Troubleshooting Certificate prepares entry-level heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) technicians for basic electrical troubleshooting on residential HVAC equipment. You will develop skills in reading wiring diagrams and schematics, and learn to use megohmmeters, voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and diagnostic test equipment. Training includes relays, contactors, solenoid valve coils, capacitors, and overload protection devices diagnosing, removal, and replacement.
