The Commercial Heating Air Conditioning I Certificate prepares entry-level heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) technicians to work on a range of commercial heating systems. You'll develop a basic understanding of commercial gas and electrical heating systems, boilers, rooftop heating systems, direct digital controls, and the properties of air. Training includes electrical troubleshooting, servicing and cleaning commercial heating systems, and the use of a multimeter and diagnostic test equipment.
