Sponsorships

MCC’s sponsorship program allows organizations to help cover a student’s tuition and fees. Ask your supervisor or human resources department if your company participates in MCC’s sponsorship program.

1

Complete the Form

Download the Sponsorship Agreement. Fill out your personal details and the classes you plan to take.

2

Have It Signed

Your supervisor or HR must state the payment amount.

3

Send It In

Email the document to mymcc@mchenry.edu or drop it off in person.

Who is responsible for payment?
While MCC applies a temporary credit to your account, you are ultimately responsible for the balance if your employer does not pay within 30 days.
What if I need to drop a class?
You must officially withdraw through the Registration Office. Simply stopping attendance does not cancel the sponsorship or your financial debt.
How do I know if I'm eligible for a sponsorship?
Check with your employer's human resources office - many employers offer education assistance plans as part of their benefits.
What happens if my employer only pays part of my tuition?

You can see your remaining balance and make any required payments by visiting the Student Finance section of myMCC Self-Service

We also encourage students to apply for financial aid and scholarships.
