Residential Heating and Air Conditioning Installation Certificate
The Residential Heating and Air Conditioning Installation Certificate prepares entry-level heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) technicians to install residential heating and air conditioning equipment. You will develop a basic understanding of window air conditioning units, split-system air conditioning units, air source heat pumps, geothermal heat pumps, gas heating systems, and electrical heating system installation. Training includes brazing and soldering torches, HVAC manifold gauge sets, refrigerant recovery equipment, vacuum pumps, and multimeter use.
