About Kailley Harmon

Hi! I'm Kailley Harmon. I hold a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and I have worked in higher education—admissions, advising, and administration—since 2008. As Executive Director of the University Center at McHenry County College, I build pathways that make it easier for students to earn degrees close to home and transfer seamlessly between institutions. My goal is to help students navigate their educational journey with confidence, while removing barriers that stand in the way of achieving their academic and career goals. I believe higher education can transform lives, and I am passionate about helping students access the opportunities they need to succeed.
