Business Enterprise Program Certification (BEP)
The Illinois Business Enterprise Program for Minorities, Females, and Persons with Disabilities promotes the economic development of businesses owned by minorities, females, and persons with disabilities. The Business Enterprise for Minorities, Females, and Persons with Disabilities Act is designed to encourage state agencies to purchase needed goods and services from businesses owned and controlled by members of these groups. In order to do business with the College, vendors who meet BEP requirements are encouraged to register for certification with the Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS). Snow Plow and Removal Services

McHenry County College is inviting responsible Vendors to submit proposals for Snow Plowing & Removal Service. A more complete description of the supplies and/or services sought is provided in the “Bid Specifications”. If you are interested and able to meet these requirements, we would appreciate and welcome a bid. This RFP will set forth any evaluation criteria to be used in determining product or service acceptability. It may require the submission of bid samples, descriptive literature, technical data, references, licenses, or other information or material.
