Mackenzie Richards

2026 Education to Empowerment Scholarship Recipient

Mackenzie Richards plans to become a nurse, with a particular interest in labor and delivery, neonatal, or pediatric care. Inspired by her experiences earning her CNA certification and supporting others during difficult times, she hopes to make a positive impact on patients and their families. She is completing her Associate in Science at MCC and plans to transfer to a four-year university to continue her education. Mackenzie is also a member of the MCC softball team and co-owns a small business with her sister.
