Real Estate Broker Licensing
This series fulfills the 75 hours of instruction required by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for obtaining a Real Estate Broker license. Upon successful completion of the Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensing Series, you will be eligible to take the Illinois Real Estate Broker Examination.
In this series, you will study various aspects of the real estate industry, focusing on topics such as license law, real property, agency structure, buyer and seller relationships, counseling, Illinois law, Federal law, marketing and advertising, market analysis, appraisal, financing, and contract knowledge, as well as independent contractor/employee agreements and occupational disciplines.
We'll cover role play, case study examples, demonstration examples, and "what if" situational examples in such areas as listing presentation, agreement, and disclosure, writing purchase agreements, market analysis, seller net sheets, confronting fair housing violations/seller or buyer, distressed property issues, antitrust scenarios, and inspection/repair issues.

The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) requires all new brokers to complete 45 hours of Post-License education before their first license renewal.
This comprehensive Post-Licensing series fulfills the Illinois state requirement for licensed real estate brokers. The course combines three key components—Broker Principles (15 hours), Risk Management and Discipline (15 hours), and Transactional Issues (15 hours) —designed to strengthen your professional knowledge and practical skills as a broker.
Through real-world examples and interactive discussions, students will deepen their understanding of brokerage operations, client relationships, compliance, and best practices for reducing risk in real estate transactions.
Prerequisite: Must hold an active Illinois Real Estate Broker License.
Requirement: Students must successfully pass each individual class exam to complete the full Post-Licensing series. Attendance is mandatory. Students must attend ALL classes to receive the Post License credit.
