Guest Information

  • Hours: Spring semesters, Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
  • Seatings: 6 p.m. | 6:15 p.m. | 6:30 p.m. | 6:45 p.m.
  • Policies: Liquor may only be ordered with a food purchase and is served until 8:30 p.m. No Bring Your Own Bottle is allowed.
  • Service Note: Clean-up begins at 9 p.m. to allow students time to complete closing duties.
  • Tipping: All tips are donations to the program; directly tipping students is not allowed.

Appetizers

  • $10 - Seared Scallops (GF): Red pepper and blood orange coulis, fresh citrus
  • $9 - Grilled Lamb “Lollipops” (GF): Mediterranean-seasoned with whipped mint feta and cherry-onion chutney
  • $9 - Grilled Calamari Steak (GF): Teriyaki-glazed, served on sesame and rice wine vinegar slaw
  • $8 - Crispy Italian Polenta (GF): Pan-fried on a bed of fresh spinach with red onions, topped with a sauce of blistered tomatoes, garlic, and olive oil. Finished with balsamic glaze, toasted pinenuts and Italian cheese

Soup and Salad

  • $5 - Soup of the Day: Ask your server about today’s choices.
  • $5 - Side Salad: Weekly rotation of mixed greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers from our Horticulture Department. Served with an apple cider vinaigrette.

Entrees

Entrees include a side, vegetable of the day, and a choice of soup or side salad. Sides are vegetable couscous (V) or garlic-mashed potatoes (GF). No vegetables or sides are included with pasta dishes.

  • $27 - Grilled Beef Filet (GF): Soy, ginger, and garlic-marinated 6 oz. filet, served medium-rare and topped with shallot and shiso herb butter
  • $26 - Seared Duck Breast (GF): Pan-seared crispy, served medium-rare with a honey-orange glaze
  • $22 - Grilled Pork Ribeye (GF): Served medium-rare with a vinaigrette-style chimichurri sauce
  • $24 - Seared Skate Wing (GF): Skate fish filet, dusted with coconut flour and topped with a spiced tropical mango sauce and toasted coconut
  • $24 - Lobster Ravioli: All-natural, served with a lobster bisque sauce and poached lobster meat
  • $22 - Vegan Fettuccine and Cauliflower Sauce: Organic fettuccine with roasted butternut squash, spinach, and a cauliflower lemon-herb sauce

Desserts

  • $6 - Lemon Pudding Cake: Topped with buttery saltine cracker bits
  • $6 - Passion Fruit Crème Brûlée (GF): Caramelized sugar topping
  • $6 - Maple-Peach Bread Pudding: Served warm with caramel drizzle and quenelle of frozen vanilla whipped cream
  • $6 - Italian Gelato (GF): Choice of blood orange, hazelnut-chocolate, vanilla bean, or vegan coconut-vanilla
  • $7 - Affogato: Choice of gelato topped with a double shot of espresso (decaf available)
