2025 Education to Empowerment Scholarship Recipient

Anabel Otero is passionate about learning and is exploring a variety of career fields, including biology, psychology, and healthcare. While pursuing her associate in science at MCC, she also works part-time as a patient care technician (PCT) at a hospital, enjoying the opportunity to make a positive impact in people’s lives. Anabel is also a first-generation college student.
