The Registration office can provide you with verification of enrollment and academic status. You may need this documentation for auto insurance discounts, health insurance coverage, employment, and loan deferments, etc.

You, the student, must make the request. You can request this documentation...

• …in person at the Registration Office (A258).
• …via email to: mymcc@mchenry.edu. MCC will mail the verification to the postal address the college has on file. MCC will not email verification.
• …via FAX to (815) 455-3766. Faxed requests must include your signature.
