Fall Registration Now Open at MCC

Take the next step toward your educational or career goals by enrolling in the Fall semester at McHenry County College (MCC), which begins August 14.

The College offers a wide variety of career and technical programs, associate degrees, and dozens of classes that easily transfer.

“Now is the perfect time to plan for your future so you can enjoy your summer,” said Amy Carzoli, Director of Enrollment Services at MCC. “Whether you want to take one class or earn a degree or certificate, our Fall schedule has something for everyone. Our new student enrollment coaches are also available to walk you through the process of getting started.”

For those looking to hit the ground running in a new career, some of MCC’s latest and most popular programs include entrepreneurial agriculture, criminal justice, cancer registry management, welding, nursing, and mobile design and development.

The College is offering several new classes in Fall 2023, including three in video production. Studio Lighting I; Audio, Visual, and New Media I; and Special Topic: Pre-Production will teach students to produce and edit audio and video—skills that can be transferred to careers as filmmakers, audio/video technicians, film editors, visual artists, broadcast technicians and more.

In addition to already offering college education at a fraction of the cost of a four-year school, MCC offers a variety of scholarships, grants, and payment plans to help students pay for school. Financial resources can be found at www.mchenry.edu/payingforcollege

Fall classes start Monday, August 14. Visit www.mchenry.edu/start to enroll today.
