MCC began growing food in 2020, and with two high tunnels, it can produce food throughout the winter. The MCC Student Farm has expanded to include trellised fruit trees, elderberries, hops, and other specialty crops, as well as ornamental and native gardens. Students in the Horticulture program gain hands-on experience growing food for our café and culinary department.
