For students attending in Fall 2026, Spring 2027, or Summer 2027:

  • FSA ID: Every contributor—you, your spouse, a biological or adoptive parent, or your parent's spouse required to provide information—needs one before accessing the form.
    Note: Contributors without an SSN can create a StudentAid.gov account online.
  • Parents' SSNs (if you are a dependent student)
  • 2024 Tax returns
  • 2024 W-2(s)
  • Records of child support received
  • Current balances of cash, savings, and checking accounts
  • Net worth of investments, businesses, and farm
