Change of Personal Information on Record with MCC

Students may update their address, phone number, and personal email via any of these options:

1. Go to myMCC and select Self Service > User Options > User Profile and update any necessary information.
2. Call the Registration Office at (815) 455-8588
3. Stop in A258 and present a photo ID
   • Name and Birthdate – Change must be accompanied by a copy of:
     • Driver’s License or State Identification Card with a new name: or
     • Marriage Certificate and photo ID; or
     • Order of Name Change signed by the courts and photo ID.
   • Social Security number – Change or addition must be accompanied by:
     • Driver’s License or State Identification Card
     • And the social security card or the W9
