CDL-A Semi Tractor Trailer Driver Training

Earn a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) for Class A vehicles and you'll be able to drive tractor-trailers, truck and trailer combinations, livestock carriers, and flatbeds.

MCC offers 160-hour and 240-hour comprehensive, hands-on CDL training programs to prepare you to take the Secretary of State Class A test. You'll be trained on city, county, and federal highways under real-world conditions. Practice behind the wheel with the same equipment used to take the Secretary of State Class A test.

You must be at least 18 years of age, be able to read and write the English language, and have a valid driver's license at the time of registration. Class sizes are limited.

This is a noncredit career training certificate program that prepares you to earn an industry-recognized credential.

Transfer Pathways are for students who plan to continue their education at a four-year college or university to earn a bachelor’s degree. Students take courses toward an associate degree at MCC, then transfer credits to the college of their choice. It is important that students work closely with an MCC academic advisor and their transfer school to verify degree requirements.Students take courses toward an associate degree at MCC, then transfer credits to the college of their choice.
