Business Enterprise Program Certification (BEP) The Illinois Business Enterprise Program for Minorities, Females, and Persons with Disabilities promotes the economic development of businesses owned by minorities, females, and persons with disabilities. The Business Enterprise for Minorities, Females, and Persons with Disabilities Act is designed to encourage state agencies to purchase needed goods and services from businesses owned and controlled by members of these groups. In order to do business with the College, vendors who meet BEP requirements are encouraged to register for certification with the Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS). McHenry County College is inviting qualified and responsible vendors to submit proposals for construction services. Vendors are invited to submit a proposal for the Remodel of A124 Office Space, including all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the project. McHenry County College is exempt from all sales tax.
