Tartan Bistro is more than a restaurant. As the Spring capstone class to the culinary degree program, it's a classroom full of future restaurant owners, executive chefs, pastry chefs, sous chefs, cooks, bakers, servers, bussers, bartenders, hosts and dishwashers with one goal in mind – make customers happy. Let these students show you what they've learned!
Opening day is Thursday, February 14. The entire month of February will be a prix fixe (fixed price) menu. $30 will include an appetizer, soup and salad, entrée and dessert. Our a la carte menu begins in March.
We are accepting reservation requests via email at email@example.com. Reservations are by email only and are limited by days and table size.
Join us most Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 7:30 p.m., February 14 through May 9.

We offer a limited beer and wine selection. All wines are by the glass and beer is bottles or cans. No BYOB is allowed. Liquor may only be ordered with a food purchase and will only be served until 8:30 p.m.
