2021 Education to Empowerment Scholarship Recipient
Peyton Reed resides in Huntley and graduated from Huntley High School. She is studying biology at MCC and plans to continue her education in the pre-physician assistant program at the University of South Alabama. Peyton’s dream is to become a physician’s assistant specializing in either reconstructive surgery or women’s health. She would also like to be involved with programs such as Doctors Without Borders, traveling to provide aid to those who truly need it. In her free time, she wants to travel the world. Peyton also volunteers at Hoof, Woof, and Meow Animal Rescue where she fosters animals, aids in the intake of new rescues, and helps with vet transport.
