QuickBooks Desktop Series Training Available

Workforce and Community Development offers QuickBooks Business Accounting (Desktop Version) training series, from 6 - 9 p.m. on Monday evenings, January 28 through March 4. The instructor-led, six-week series is a small-business accounting program that makes accounting easy with tools to organize your finances all in one place.

QuickBooks is a set of software solutions designed to manage payroll, inventory, sales, and other small-business needs. These software solutions enable the user to monitor expenses; create invoices and reports; track change orders and job status; and manage inventory, customers, vendors and employees. Basic accounting and computer skills are necessary for program success. See the Catalyst for a brief description of each week’s topic.

Cost for the series is $595. Use course code: NTC S57 002 when registering.

These courses are also available for on-site training at a company's facility and customizable for their needs. To register, contact the MCC Registration Office at (815) 455-8588 or register online at www.mchenry.edu/myMCC and select “Register for Workforce and Community Development” classes.
