Supervisory Leadership Series Begins January 24
Register now for the Developmental Dimensions International's (DDI) Supervisory Leadership Series. This series, taught by DDI certified professionals, will take place from 1-5 p.m. on Thursdays, January 24 through March 14.
Making a successful transition from individual contributor to leader requires strong interpersonal skills. In today's highly competitive environment, organizations must be able to jump-start the productivity of their new leaders. The DDI Supervisory Leadership curriculum accelerates the development of these important people skills. This series is appropriate for new and seasoned leaders. Weekly topics include: Essentials of Leadership, Getting Started as a New Leader, Resolving Conflict, Delegating for Results, Setting Goals and Reviewing Performance, Coaching for Improvement, Building an Environment of Trust and Achieving Your Leadership Potential.
Participants can register for individual courses or the entire series. The eight-course series fee is discounted by 10 percent, at $1,260. Use course code: NTL S22 002 to register.
