Harvard residents who are interested in switching careers or starting a new in-demand career with higher earning potential are invited an Open House from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 27 at the Harvard Dist. 50 Administrative Building. The location is 401 N. Division Street in Harvard.

Richardson Adventure Farm owners challenged area high school marketing students to find ways to make the Spring Grove-based farm more relevant to teenagers' lives.Top marketing students from five area high schools accepted the challenge and presented their ideas at the McHenry County College (MCC) 2019 Marketing Challenge.

MCC to Offer Volunteer Literacy Tutor Training Sessions »

MCC is offering free training for anyone who is interested in becoming a volunteer literacy tutor for reading, math and/or English language skills. Four 2-hour training sessions are required to become a literacy tutor. Upcoming trainings sessions are available either Tuesday mornings or Thursday afternoons in April and May.
