Start@Shah Breakfast Series to Feature "Courageous Conversations"

The Workforce Community and Business Programs at the MCC Shah Center will continue the successful breakfast series, “Start@Shah” from 8-10:30 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 22 at the MCC Shah Center, located at Route 31 and Shamrock Lane in McHenry. 

The series features insightful and interactive training and includes a continental breakfast. The featured topic is “Courageous Conversations,” which takes a closer look at those difficult conversations that can cause stress, anxiety and frustration in the workplace and at home. Participants will be given tools and strategies needed to deal more effectively with those situations.

This program aims to provide an insightful look at how to prepare and successfully navigate conversations with courage, candor and caring while finding greater success and building stronger relationships in the workplace and personal life.

Cost is $39. Use course code: NTL S90 003 to register. The Workforce, Community and Business Programs courses are also available for on-site training at a company's facility and customizable for their needs.
