Room Rental Rates

We have a variety of rooms and spaces available to rent for conferences, workshops/seminars, training, and special events. Our facilities are centrally located in McHenry County, making an event hosted at MCC very convenient for all of your participants. Rooms are also accessible, and parking is available at no extra charge.

Weekday A/V technician “set-up and go” services are included in facility rental fees. An A/V technician assigned to your event is $30/hour.

Select rooms can be customized and arranged to suit your event. Room capacities will vary depending on setup. All rental spaces are fully equipped with the latest meeting equipment, including: laptop; projection screen; and white board. A podium and microphone area also available in the Luecht Auditorium, MCC Conference Center, and at the Shah Center in McHenry. For additional audio visual options available and other specific meeting requests, the MCC Conference and Event Services team is happy to assist you.

All MCC facilities are handicapped accessible, and have convenient onsite parking. We also can provide recommendations for lodging and transportation resources.
