The MCC rental facilities are available for community groups, businesses and industry for conferences, seminars, training sessions and other events. Our facilities are accessible with ample free parking.

Weekday A/V technician “set-up and go” services are included in facility rental fees. An A/V technician assigned to your event is $30/hour.

*Many of our rooms can be arranged to suit your event. Room capacities will vary depending on setup.

Equipment included in the cost of room rental: flipchart, white board, screen, VCR/DVD. A podium and microphone are also available in both the Luecht Conference Center and MCC’s Shah Center in McHenry. All facilities are handicapped accessible, and convenient onsite parking is included at no charge. We also offer local lodging and transportation assistance.
