Getting Ready for the Big Day

  • Cap, Gown and Tickets

Your pre-ordered regalia (cap and gown) will be delivered to MCC. You may pick up your regalia and guest tickets in the Student Success Center, A247, Monday, December 1 through Wednesday, December 9, during regular business hours.

    • Last day for regalia pickup is December 9 by 4:30 p.m.
    • Photo identification is required.
    • Unclaimed guest tickets may be given to other graduates.

Graduation Regalia: Caps and gowns are mandatory for the ceremony. Iron your gown on a low setting or hang to reduce wrinkles before the ceremony.

In the event that extra tickets become available, we will post a notice on myMCC beginning Thursday, December 10. No extra tickets can be given out prior.

Overflow guest seating will be available in the Luecht Auditorium (no ticket required). Please note: All Spring, Summer, and Fall graduates will be invited to walk in the ceremony.

  • Commencement Rehearsal

Join us Friday, December 11 at noon in the gym. Dress for rehearsal is casual, you do not need to wear your cap and gown. Pizza will be served!
