This fast-moving and fascinating multimedia presentation will trace the roots of American involvement in “The Great War,” including how it reshaped the major political parties. We will look at the military participation of American troops fighting on European soil. As we look at the effects of The Great War on the American home front after the Doughboys returned, we will look at length at the peace process and how it laid the groundwork for the rise of Adolph Hitler and the start of World War II.
