Act as a receptionist for the front desk of the Sage Learning Center (tutoring center). Monitor student check in and out process, printing, and computer usage. Answer phone and take messages. Communicate with tutoring staff regarding student needs, issues, and suggestions. Exhibit positive and engaging customer service and communication skills. Perform other clerical duties assigned.
Meet student worker eligibility. Possess positive customer service skills. Willing to engage with students and staff positively. Have knowledge of campus environment. Have basic computer skills (especially Word, email, Internet, and other computer literacy skills). Be dependable in attendance.
Increase knowledge of college operations. Support student engagement and involvement. Help students to be successful in college.
