  • Chicago Ghost Tour—Chicago

Chicago is considered one of the most haunted spots on earth, and many ghost hunters feel it is because of Chicago’s brief but extremely violent past, closeness to water, and the ever-present influence of those most spiritual people—the Native Americans. Following the Eastland and Iroquois Theater disasters, people started noticing apparitions and unusual sensations in alleys and along the riverfront. Events at the historic Hull House led to a series of horrific spiritual manifestations. The building boom in the late 1800’s along Chicago’s second Gold Coast generated a number of post Ft Dearborn Massacre sightings. Also, the story of a scantily clad young girl standing in the snow out near the cemeteries southwest of the city have fed the saga of Resurrection Mary. These and other stories will be shared on this tour. Bring a camera—you never know what or who will make its presence known! Before the tour begins, enjoy a delicious dinner in Greektown (included).
