Thornton Wilder’s Pulitzer prize winning play debuted on Broadway in 1938 and some claim his small town Americana story should be performed *“at least once each day somewhere in this country.” With extreme simplicity in text and set, Our Town depicts New England life in the 1900’s. However, the story of life in Grover’s Corners is essentially timeless. Our Town is our story.
