When you register for classes, you automatically receive a student ID number and a default network password you can use to log in to any campus computer.
Username: Put in enough zeroes in front of your student ID number to make 8 characters.
Network Password: The default network password is available from Academic Computer Labs A127 and E108, from the IT department in A110, and from your classroom instructors.
Once you login the first time, you must change this password to one you create, following the instructions that appear on the screen. If you forget your network password during the semester, you can get it reset back to the default by bringing a photo ID to Labs A127 or E108, or to IT in A110. Your password will be reset back to the default every semester, and you will need to change it again.
If you're taking online classes, or your instructor has class information on ANGEL, use your student number and a default ANGEL password to log in to ANGEL at http://mchenry.angellearning.com.
If you want to register or check your classes online, you can go to www.mchenry.edu/myMCC.
If you forget your student ID and pin number, bring a photo ID to Registration A258 or call (815) 455-8588 to have the information sent to your home address. Student ID and pin numbers will not be given over the phone.
