2018 Hall of Fame
Jodie Kanaly was a two-sport athlete playing on the women’s basketball and softball teams 1987-1989. The Marengo High School grad was named to the ISSC All-Conference team and All-Region IV Team in 1988-89 season. She also garnered conference MVP honors, scoring 33 points per game and 16 rebounds per game. Jodie was also named to the ISCC All-Conference Softball team and named as the MCC’s team MVP. Following MCC, she played at Mundelein College and attained her Bachelor of Science degree in physical education/health/driver’s education. She has also earned her Master’s degree in educational administration. Her coaching career includes 1998-2002 and 2009-2010 volleyball and basketball at Alden-Hebron High School and 1995-2001 softball at Crystal Lake South High School. She currently teaches at Alden-Hebron Elementary School and resides in Marengo with her family.
