Slàinte is more than a restaurant. It's also a classroom full of future restaurant owners, executive chefs, pastry chefs, sous chefs, cooks, bakers, servers, bussers, bartenders, hosts and dishwashers with one goal in mind – make customers happy. Let these students show you what they have learned. Embrace their emphasis on local and sustainable ingredients, and enjoy the diversity of their food.
