Slàinte is open during Spring semester as the capstone class to the certificate and degree programs.
Slàinte is more than a restaurant. It's also a classroom full of future restaurant owners, executive chefs, pastry chefs, sous chefs, cooks, bakers, servers, bussers, bartenders, hosts and dishwashers with one goal in mind – make customers happy.
