To apply for a scholarship for Spring 2010, submit a complete application packet by Friday, October 23, 2009 unless otherwise noted. You cannot apply for scholarships online - you must fill in the application form and print it.

| Monarch Foundation Nursing Scholarship | |
| Eligibility requirements: | Applicants must be pursuing an associate degree in nursing (ADN), have evidence of financial need as demonstrated on the financial aid application, and have a 3.0+ GPA. Preference will be given to a resident of McHenry County. Preference will also be given to a minority student. |

| Support provided: | The scholarship provides $500 towards tuition and fees for the semester awarded. |

Applicants must complete and submit the MCC Scholarship Application and proof of GPA. |
