To apply for a scholarship for Spring 2010, submit a complete application packet by Friday, October 23, 2009 unless otherwise noted. You cannot apply for scholarships online - you must fill in the application form and print it.

| Eligibility requirements: | Applicant must be an MCC student with a diagnosis of mental illness and currently under treatment for that illness. |

| Support provided: | The scholarship provides $1,000 towards tuition, fees and course materials for the semester awarded. |
| Material to be submitted: |
Applicants must complete and submit the MCC Scholarship Application, a proof of diagnosis of one of the following mental illnesses: Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Major Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Port-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Schizoaffective Disorder or Schizophrenia. |
