Applicant must provide a letter of recommendation from an instructor. Applicant must provide proof of a 2.5+ GPA. Applicant must be pursuing a degree or certificate at MCC. Applicant must provide proof financial need by applying for FAFSA. Priority will be given to those who would be the first generation in their family to complete college.
The award amount is determined by the Finance Committee of the Friends of MCC Foundation Board of Director. No payments made to the students directly. The award monies may only be used for tuition, books (purchased from the MCC Bookstore) and fees (i.e., Registration, Course, Lab, and Technology) for the semester awarded.
