To apply for a scholarship for Spring 2010, submit a complete application packet by Friday, October 23, 2009 unless otherwise noted. You cannot apply for scholarships online - you must fill in the application form and print it.

| Eligibility requirements: | Applicant must be a resident of Illinois who is studying to prepare for a career in health care and demonstrates evidence of financial need. |

| Support provided: | The scholarship provides $500 towards tuition, fees and course materials for the semester awarded. |
| Material to be submitted: |
Applicants must complete and submit the MCC Scholarship Application and provide a letter of recommendation from an instructor. |
