To apply for a scholarship for Spring 2010, submit a complete application packet by Friday, October 23, 2009 unless otherwise noted. You cannot apply for scholarships online - you must fill in the application form and print it.

| Illinois Association of Fire Protection Districts Scholarship | |
| Eligibility requirements: | Applicant must be a volunteer or an employee of a registered Fire Protection District in the State of Illinois and show proof of Firefighter Eligibility (volunteer, paid-on-call, or full-time.) Applicant must be a resident of Illinois. |

| Support provided: | The scholarship provides $250 toward tuition, fees, books and course materials for the semester awarded for courses directly related to the Fire Science curricula which are completed with a passing grade. |
| Material to be submitted: |
Applicants must complete and submit the MCC Scholarship Application, proof of Firefighter Eligibility, and a letter of recommendation from an instructor or supervisor. |
