To apply for a scholarship for Spring 2010, submit a complete application packet by Friday, October 23, 2009 unless otherwise noted. You cannot apply for scholarships online - you must fill in the application form and print it.

| Eligibility requirements: | Applicant must be enrolled in the H.H.P. Program at MCC. Student must demonstrate some financial need and have a cumulative 2.5+ GPA. |

| Support provided: | The scholarship provides $500 toward tuition and fees for the semester awarded. |
| Material to be submitted: |
Applicants must complete and submit the MCC Scholarship Application, a letter of recommendation from an instructor, proof of GPA, and proof of enrollment in the H.H.P. Program. |
