The SLC is a full-service learning center where we provide a variety of tutoring options, small group possibilities, and technology-based learning assistance. Faculty and peer tutors meet with you on a drop-in basis, as well as by appointment.
We provide our most comprehensive support in math, English and writing. However, we can also assist in the sciences, social sciences, and humanities.
Writing tutoring is now available in the library on Tuesdays from 1 to 3 p.m. and Wednesdays from 2 to 4 p.m. Look for the green writing sign.

Have you heard about our international tutor program certification?
Twenty-four Sage Learning Center and Special Needs Department tutors earned their individual certification by completing 10 hours of skill training and by providing a minimum of 25 hours of tutoring to MCC students.
