Important Payment Plan Note
The Nelnet payment plan is a contract agreement between you and Nelnet.
- ALL scheduled payments are expected to be made.
- Applying for financial aid does not exempt you from making contract payments on time.
- Please be aware prior to signing this payment plan agreement that most financial aid is applied after all payment due dates.
How can I pay tuition using Nelnet?
*To get your student I.D. and pin number,
bring a photo I.D. to Registration A258 or call (815) 455-8588
to have the information sent to your home address. Student I.D. and
pin numbers will not be given over the phone.
- You will need:
- *Student I.D. and pin number
- Credit card or debit card number, a checking or savings account bank routing and account number
- Visit www.mchenry.edu/myMCC
- Login with your student I.D. and pin number.
- Choose the appropriate semester/term.
- Click the "Account Balance" tab then scroll to the bottom and click the "e-Cashier" icon.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "e-Cashier" icon to connect to the Nelnet website.
Spring 2012
- e-Cashier available on October 24, 2011
- Tuition is due November 17, 2011. After November 17, 2011, you must pay in full at time of registration or enroll in Nelnet Business Solutions that same day.
- Make full payments on e-Cashier through January 16, 2012 using a checking or savings account.
