MCC to Offer Welding Classes this Winter[Wednesday, November 29, 2017]
Those who love to work with their hands and are interested in learning a new skill, may consider a rewarding career in welding. McHenry County College’s Continuing Education Department is offering Welding Boot Camps that begin in January.
Welders work in a variety of environments, both indoors and out, using heat to melt and fuse metal for a common bond. Many of the products we use today involve welding, so the opportunities are endless. The welding career is ideal for those with an eye for detail and the ability to concentrate.
