Jobless? A Financial Survival Guide: If you or someone you know have lost a job, it's important to cope with all the emotions running rampant. This course will help you make careful decisions, both personal and financial, focus on new opportunities and show you how to bridge the gap between incomes. Class takes place from 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 18 in Room A350. Cost is $25. Use course ID: NFM S44 002 to register for this class.
Tough Decisions for Your Home and Creditors: Learn how to deal with foreclosure, short sales, modifications and what to do to save your home. Advice will be given on the do's and don'ts in working with creditors. Information on local and national resources will be provided as well. Class takes place from 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25 in Room A350. Cost is $25. Use course ID: NFM S45 003 to register.
Investment Basics-Becoming a Smart Investor: Discover how to establish the financial health needed to be a smart investor as well as learn the strategies to manage risk and how to maintain your portfolio. We will also discuss what types of investments are used today and the common mistakes to avoid. Class takes place from 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, April 29 in Room A350. Cost is $25.
