Developing a Search Plan

Just like you might plan out a shopping trip, you also want to plan out your search for information.  We already covered what type of sources you might use and where you might find them.  Now we will cover how to search.  How you  approach a search (or shopping) can make the difference between going home empty-handed or going home with new loot.
