Please be aware that copyright clearance is needed each time an article is used on reserve for more than two semesters or cross-referenced to 2 or more courses. Full and clear bibilographic information is needed for photocopies to be checked with the Copyright Clearinghouse. If clearance is NOT received, articles will be withdrawn from the reserve area and returned to the instructor.

While copyright may not be needed the first semester material is placed on reserve, subsequent use will require it. Permission also has to be sought if there is more than one poem, article, story, or essay used from the same author. (Fair use permission.)
