Employ-E-Newsletter Instructions

Your user name is your email address, your password is your regular password to open your office computer.


Employ-E-Newsletter Guidelines
  • This e-newsletter will be emailed to all employees at 8 a.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays. Deadline to submit news or announcements is on or before 7:45 a.m. on those two publication days. Anything submitted after that time will appear in the next issue.


  • Newsletter items are meant for one issue only and cannot re-run automatically; you must re-submit news to appear on a Monday or a Wednesday. For example, if you ran something on Monday and want it to also appear on Wednesday, simply cut and paste it into a new submission form.


  • When submitting newsletter items, keep in mind that news is intended for that Monday or Wednesday of that week and cannot be reserved for future dates.


  • If you have a formatted file with bullets, photos or PDFs, please paste as an attachment in the boxes at the bottom of the form. If you want to attach a link, paste that into the hyperlink box also located at the bottom of the form.


  • All newsletters will be archived for up to two years.


  • Do not click the “Reply” button on the newsletter. It will not go anywhere.
