Title: Anatomy and Physiology Instructor

Primary Purpose:
Teach Bio 263 (Spring 2010) & Bio 264 (Fall 2010)
Essential Job Functions:
Bio 263 is the first semester of a two-semester course in human anatomy and physiology. It follows the organization of the human body from the molecular level to the level of organ systems. Areas of study include biochemistry, cell structure and function, tissues, integumentary system, skeletal system, articulations, muscular system, and nervous system (including special senses). The laboratory includes microscopy and dissection.
Education:
Master's Degree in any of the Biological Sciences.
Experience:
Previous experience teaching Anatomy and Physiology courses is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Anyone seeking the position must have familiarity with cat dissection as well as the ability to incorporate the use of a human cadaver.
