How Do I Check My Grades Online?

What do these letters mean?

An explanation of letter grades ⇒

  1. Log in at www.mchenry.edu/myMCC.
  2. Enter your Student ID and PIN into the boxes on the log-in screen. When both boxes are completed, click the log-in button. Both boxes must be filled in with a nine-digit (no spaces or dashes) number in the Student ID# box and a four-digit number in the PIN box.
  3. Select the appropriate term.
  4. Select the My Courses/Grades tab to view your grades. You will only be able to see grades for the term you selected.
  5. If you need grades from another term, select Change Term from the links at the left.
  6. Your can view your complete transcript by choosing the Transcript tab. If your transcript is more than a page long, click the View Next Page link to see the next page. The transcript contains your grades in chronological order from oldest to newest.
