Big Wheel Club at MCC Fitness Center
The Big Wheel Club recognizes achievement in four barbell lifts. Qualifying weights for each lift are:
- Press = 135 lbs for males, 75 lbs for females
- Bench Press = 225 lbs for males, 105 lbs for females
- Squat = 315 lbs for males, 150 lbs for females
- Deadlift = 405 lbs for males, 185 lbs for females
